PNE Polska has sold the 153 MW Karolew wind farm project in Southwest Poland to an undisclosed global energy transition company. Comprising 21 wind turbines, the project will be developed to Ready-to-Build status by 2029, with commissioning planned for 2031. This is PNE Polska's third project sale in Poland in 2026.
Gülermak Renewables has completed the acquisition of the 69 MW ready-to-build Powidz 2 solar PV project in the Greater Poland region, adjacent to its existing 5 MW Powidz 1 scheme. EPC tender is opening soon with construction planned for Q4 2027 and first power expected in 2029. The acquisition brings Gülermak's European solar portfolio beyond 400 MW.
ABO Energy has agreed to sell its Polish and Hungarian subsidiaries to PPC Group, including five operational solar parks totalling 82 MW, one 17 MW solar park near commissioning, a ~2 GW development pipeline and 38 employees. The transaction is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to close by end of 2026, as part of ABO Energy's broader restructuring strategy.
ORLEN New Power has acquired two special-purpose vehicles from ONDE and Neo Energy Group holding the rights to a 216 MW hybrid renewable energy project in Kazimierz Biskupi, Greater Poland, Poland. The project combines a 180 MW solar PV farm and a 36 MW wind farm under a cable pooling model, with construction starting Q3 2026 and full commercial operations targeted for Q2 2028.
PPC Group has signed an agreement to acquire a 277.3 MW renewables portfolio in Poland from EDP Renewables, comprising 130.5 MW of operational wind, 44.9 MW of operational solar and 101.9 MW of cable pooling solar projects under development. The deal marks PPC Group's strategic entry into the Polish market as part of its 2026–2030 expansion plan across Central and Southeastern Europe.
ENGIE Zielona Energia has acquired the special purpose vehicle developing the Tursko Wielki battery storage project in Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship, Poland, from R.Power. The 250 MW / 1,000 MWh project has reached ready-to-build status and will connect directly to the Połaniec power station. Construction is expected to begin in early 2027, with commissioning targeted for Q4 2028.
Unimot Renewables has acquired 100% of the SPV implementing the Gostynin wind farm project in the Masovian Voivodeship, Poland, with a planned capacity of 34.2 MW across nine turbines. This marks the first project in Unimot Group's new IPP platform, with completion scheduled for H1 2028. Energy contracting will be managed by sister company Unimot Energia i Gaz.
Enea Nowa Energia and Greenvolt Power have finalised the sale of the 6.6 MW Nowe Miasto Lubawskie Wind Farm in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Poland, including a 3 MW BESS project with building permit. This is the third of four transactions under a broader €83.3 million, 33.2 MW Polish wind portfolio deal announced in May 2025.
Enea Nowa Energia and Greenvolt Power have finalised the sale of the 10 MW Zaklików Wind Farm in Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Poland. The transaction is part of a broader four-farm, 33.2 MW wind portfolio deal valued at €83.3 million, announced in May 2025. The Zaklików farm has been fully operational since November 2025.
KGAL's ESPF 4 fund has sold a portfolio of three operational onshore wind farms in northern Poland — Krasin, Ciekocinko and Rywald — totalling approximately 75 MW to Octopus Energy Generation. The assets, backed by long-term PPAs and a CfD, were acquired at Ready-to-Build stage in 2020-2021 and developed through to operation by KGAL. The sale delivers returns significantly above the fund's hurdle rate.
ENGIE Zielona Energia has signed an agreement to acquire the 30 MW Kamionka wind farm in West Pomeranian Voivodeship, Poland from BayWa r.e. Operational since 2012 and comprising 12 wind turbines, the asset operates under Poland's green certificate support scheme. The acquisition brings ENGIE Poland's total renewable portfolio to over 400 MW.
Qualitas Energy has acquired a portfolio of nine operational solar PV plants in Poland totalling 376 MWp from a joint venture between Better Energy Holding A/S and Industriens Pension. The assets generate over 400 GWh annually and are backed by Polish CfDs and PPAs. The transaction is the first investment under Qualitas Energy Fund VI and brings the firm's Polish solar portfolio to over 600 MWp.

RWE has completed the sale of the 350 MW F.E.W. Baltic II offshore wind development project in the Polish Baltic Sea to PGE, with closing on 10 March 2026. Located approximately 50 km offshore north of Ustka, the transaction also includes the transfer of the Environmental Decision for the adjacent site 44.E.1. RWE retains over 700 MW of operational onshore wind and solar assets in Poland.
PGE Energia Odnawialna has acquired the 35 MW Dzwola onshore wind farm located in the Lublin Voivodeship, Poland. The operational wind project strengthens PGE Group’s renewable energy portfolio and supports Poland’s energy transition.
Çalık Renewables has acquired a 255 MW operational photovoltaic portfolio in Poland from PAD RES Group, comprising the Sztum and Stargard solar projects. The transaction marks Çalık Renewables’ first investment in the Polish renewables market and supports further development of storage and wind projects.
