PPC Group Acquires 277.3 MW Wind and Solar Portfolio in Poland from EDP Renewables
PPC Group has signed an agreement to acquire a 277.3 MW renewables portfolio in Poland from EDP Renewables, comprising 130.5 MW of operational wind, 44.9 MW of operational solar and 101.9 MW of cable pooling solar projects under development. The deal marks PPC Group's strategic entry into the Polish market as part of its 2026–2030 expansion plan across Central and Southeastern Europe.

Portfolio of five operational and two development-stage projects: three operational wind farms (Iłża 54 MW, Tomaszów 46.5 MW, Poturzyn 30 MW; combined 130.5 MW with capacity factors up to 33%); two operational solar parks (Pakosław 25.1 MW, Recz 19.8 MW; combined 44.9 MW, with long-term fixed-price contracts). Two solar cable pooling projects under development: Iłża CP (50.9 MW) and Tomaszów CP (51.0 MW), both expected operational in 2029, sharing grid connection infrastructure with the existing wind farms.
