Enea Nowa Energia Acquires 6.6 MW Nowe Miasto Lubawskie Wind Farm and 3 MW BESS in Poland from Greenvolt Power
Enea Nowa Energia and Greenvolt Power have finalised the sale of the 6.6 MW Nowe Miasto Lubawskie Wind Farm in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, Poland, including a 3 MW BESS project with building permit. This is the third of four transactions under a broader €83.3 million, 33.2 MW Polish wind portfolio deal announced in May 2025.

Technology details
Three wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 6.6 MW, each with a capacity of 2.0–2.2 MW. Wind farm fully operational since end of November 2025. Operating permit and electricity generation licence obtained by end of April 2026. Transaction also includes a 3 MW BESS project with a building permit already obtained, to be developed in a subsequent investment phase.

This is the third of four transactions under the broader portfolio deal announced in May 2025 covering four wind farms with a total capacity of 33.2 MW and a total transaction value of €83.3 million. Transactions for Zaklików (10 MW) and Skibno (10 MW) have already been finalised. The remaining transaction covering Jabłonowo Pomorskie (6.6 MW, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) is still pending and expected to be finalised in 2026. Price of €83.3 million covers the full four-farm portfolio.
