Enea Nowa Energia Acquires 10 MW Zaklików Wind Farm in Podkarpackie, Poland from Greenvolt Power

Enea Nowa Energia and Greenvolt Power have finalised the sale of the 10 MW Zaklików Wind Farm in Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Poland. The transaction is part of a broader four-farm, 33.2 MW wind portfolio deal valued at €83.3 million, announced in May 2025. The Zaklików farm has been fully operational since November 2025.

Technology details

Five wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 10 MW. Wind farm has been fully operational since end of November 2025. Operating permit and electricity generation licence obtained by end of February 2026.

The Zaklików closing is part of a broader portfolio transaction covering four wind farms with a total capacity of 33.2 MW and a total transaction value of €83.3 million, announced in May 2025. The other three wind farms in the portfolio are: Skibno (10 MW, West Pomeranian Voivodeship), Jabłonowo Pomorskie (6.6 MW, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship) and Nowe Miasto Lubawskie (6.6 MW, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship). A total of 16 turbines with individual capacities of 2.0–2.2 MW across all four farms. Price of €83.3 million covers the full four-farm portfolio. Preliminary agreement signed May 2025.
