EDP Renewables (EDPR) has signed a Sale and Purchase Agreement to sell 100% of a 58 MW wind portfolio in Greece to Faria Renewables for an estimated enterprise value of approximately €120 million. The portfolio comprises one 23 MW operational wind farm and one 35 MW wind farm under construction, both backed by 10-year Power Purchase Agreements.
CLARITAS Investments has completed the divestment of a 16.5 MW operational-ready solar PV project in Vathylakos, Thessaloniki, Greece to Green Line Energy S.A. The project was developed by CLARITAS from greenfield origination to turnkey delivery as part of its asset rotation strategy, with proceeds to be redeployed into its larger Northern Greece renewable portfolio.
EDP Renováveis has completed the sale of a 150 MW onshore wind portfolio in Greece to Principia for an enterprise value of €200 million. The portfolio consists of four operational wind farms backed by 20-year Contracts for Difference.
ContourGlobal has entered the Greek renewable energy market with the acquisition of a 37 MWp operational solar PV portfolio and 500 MW / 2,000 MWh of battery energy storage projects.
