KGAL ESPF 4 Sells 75 MW Polish Onshore Wind Portfolio (Krasin, Ciekocinko, Rywald) to Octopus Energy Generation
KGAL's ESPF 4 fund has sold a portfolio of three operational onshore wind farms in northern Poland — Krasin, Ciekocinko and Rywald — totalling approximately 75 MW to Octopus Energy Generation. The assets, backed by long-term PPAs and a CfD, were acquired at Ready-to-Build stage in 2020-2021 and developed through to operation by KGAL. The sale delivers returns significantly above the fund's hurdle rate.
