Hexicon Acquires 100% of Mareld Floating Offshore Wind Project in Sweden from Mainstream Renewable Power
Hexicon AB has agreed to acquire the remaining 50% stake in Mareld Green Energy AB from Mainstream Renewable Power, becoming sole owner of the Mareld floating offshore wind project in Western Sweden. With potential annual generation of up to 12 TWh, Mareld is one of Sweden's largest prospective offshore wind projects. A government decision on the SEZ permit is pending.
