Eurowind Energy Completes Acquisition of EnBW's 120 MW Swedish Wind Platform
Eurowind Energy has completed the acquisition of EnBW's Swedish renewable energy platform, including approximately 120 MW of operating onshore wind assets, a renewable energy development portfolio and an O&M business. The transaction was originally announced on 13 July 2026 and received Swedish FDI approval before closing on 3 September 2026.

Transaction originally announced on 13 July 2026 and subject to approval under Sweden's foreign direct investment screening regime.
Additional information
Closing completed following FDI screening approval. Eurowind Energy will integrate the Swedish O&M business with Connected Wind Services Danmark A/S. EnBW is withdrawing from Nordic renewable energy development and operations to focus resources on core German markets. Eurowind Energy previously also acquired EnBW's Danish renewable energy activities in a separate earlier transaction in 2026.
