Eurowind Energy has completed the acquisition of EnBW's Swedish renewable energy platform, including approximately 120 MW of operating onshore wind assets, a renewable energy development portfolio and an O&M business. The transaction was originally announced on 13 July 2026 and received Swedish FDI approval before closing on 3 September 2026.
Eurowind Energy has acquired two BImSchG-permitted onshore wind projects in Germany totalling 86.7 MW: a seven-turbine wind farm (43.5 MW) in Saxony and a six-turbine wind farm (43.2 MW) in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern.
