Green FOX Energy, together with ON Energy, has sold an 85 MWp PV co-location portfolio combining solar and battery storage assets across Germany to a German family office. Green FOX Energy, together with its joint venture partner ON Energy, acquired, implemented and subsequently sold an 85 MWp PV co-location portfolio developed by ON Energy to a German family office. The transaction enables Green FOX Energy to advance further projects from its development pipeline. Once fully completed, the portfolio is expected to supply electricity to more than 20,000 households annually and avoid over 45,000 tonnes of CO2-equivalent emissions per year.
