Axium Infrastructure Acquires 49.9% Stake in 174 MW Operational Onshore Wind Portfolio in France from Banque des Territoires

Axium Infrastructure Europe has acquired a 49.9% equity interest in a 174.2 MW operational onshore wind portfolio in France from Banque des Territoires (Caisse des Dépôts). The portfolio comprises 22 wind projects across Hauts-de-France, Nouvelle-Aquitaine and Grand Est, supported by French government FiT and CfD contracts. ENGIE Green retains the remaining 50.1% stake. This marks Axium's first renewable energy transaction in Europe.

Iberdrola France Sells 118MW Onshore Wind Portfolio and 639MW Pipeline to Technique Solaire
