Both assets are operational and backed by long-term PPAs with investment-grade utilities.
Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has completed the acquisition of the 9.6 MW Horseshoe Bend Wind Project in Montana, USA for USD 10,480,000. The 100% equity acquisition of the operational wind asset closed on 14 September 2026, adding recurring revenue from operating wind capacity to Revolve's growing North American portfolio.
MEAG has completed the sale of its minority stake in the Horse Creek and Electra onshore wind farms in Texas (combined 460 MW, operational since 2016) to Ardian, an existing long-term partner in the assets. Portland General Electric (PGE) has agreed to acquire Washington state generation, transmission and electric utility operations from PacifiCorp for $1.9 billion. The deal includes the 477MW Chehalis natural gas plant, the 94MW Goodnoe Hills wind facility, and the 234MW Marengo I & II wind facilities, plus 4,500 miles of transmission and distribution lines serving 140,000 customers. Manulife Investment Management will hold a 49% stake in the newly formed Washington utility subsidiary.
