The 100% equity acquisition of the operational wind asset closed on 14 September 2026, adding recurring revenue from operating wind capacity to Revolve's growing North American portfolio.
Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a six-project, 14.2 MW / 24.3 MWh operating behind-the-meter battery energy storage portfolio across Ontario, Canada from Trillium Storage for CAD $7.63 million.
