Revolve Renewable Power Acquires 125 MW Three-Project Solar Development Portfolio in Illinois, New Mexico and Wisconsin
Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has signed definitive agreements to acquire three utility-scale solar development projects totalling 125 MW in Illinois (Henry, 30 MW), New Mexico (Columbus, 56 MW) and Wisconsin (Endeavor, 39 MW). All projects have secured site control and will be advanced through permitting and interconnection milestones. The acquisition brings Revolve's total development portfolio to over 3,000 MW.

Additional information
Payment structure: development fee of $0.02 per watt upon NTP plus 10% deferred consideration tied to realised sale value or fair market value at NTP. No upfront payment or milestone payments unless a project proceeds to construction.
