Revolve Renewable Power Corp. has entered into definitive agreements to acquire a six-project, 14.2 MW / 24.3 MWh operating behind-the-meter battery energy storage portfolio across Ontario, Canada from Trillium Storage for CAD $7.63 million. Stem, Inc. will continue as operator under an existing MSA. The transaction establishes Revolve's presence in Ontario's energy storage market.

Total purchase price of CAD $7,630,000 (approximately USD $5.1 million / EUR 4.7 million). Definitive agreements executed effective 31 July 2026. Transaction subject to customary closing conditions. Funded via an US$11 million bridge term loan facility from Whitfield Power Solutions LLC (Callaway Capital affiliate). Expected annual revenue of CAD $2.1–$3.0 million. The acquisition establishes Revolve's presence in Ontario's energy storage market. Revolve also recently signed agreements to acquire a 125 MW solar development portfolio in Illinois, New Mexico and Wisconsin. Price converted from CAD $7.63 million.
