Energiequelle GmbH has sold its French subsidiary Energiequelle SAS to French renewable energy developer H2air. The transaction includes all employees and a wind and solar portfolio of approximately 500 MW, comprising 60 MW of operational assets and a significant advanced-development pipeline. All Energiequelle SAS employees will be transferred to H2air as part of the transaction. Energiequelle GmbH is undertaking a strategic refocusing on core markets, having also divested other international activities. Capacity figure reflects operational assets only; total portfolio including development pipeline is approximately 500 MW.
