Velto Renewables has completed the acquisition of the 11 MW L'Escur Wind Farm in Murat-sur-Vèbre, Tarn, France from Q ENERGY. The five-turbine Vestas V90 wind farm generates 39.5 GWh annually and becomes Velto's second onshore wind asset. The transaction is part of a broader partnership framework between Velto and Q ENERGY covering five projects totalling approximately 130 MW in France.

Q ENERGY Acquires Stake in Pennavel Floating Offshore Wind Project off Brittany, France

Q ENERGY, a subsidiary of Korea's Hanwha Group, has entered as a shareholder in Pennavel, the project company developing a floating offshore wind farm off the south coast of Brittany, France. Q ENERGY joins existing shareholders Elicio France and BayWa r.e. France, bringing over 20 years of French offshore wind expertise including the 496 MW Ailes Marines project in Saint-Brieuc Bay.
