PNE France Sells 10.8 MW Romescamps Ready-to-Build Wind Project in Hauts-de-France to JPEE
PNE France has completed the sale of the 10.8 MW Romescamps wind farm project in Hauts-de-France, France to JP Energie Environnement (JPEE). Developed to ready-to-build status, the three-turbine project marks PNE and JPEE's second transaction together in France. PNE France will provide further development support post-closing under a Project Development Agreement.

Technology details
Three wind turbines with a total capacity of 10.8 MW. Developed by PNE France to ready-to-build status. Technical optimisations during development increased turbine height and thereby improved expected electricity generation. PNE France will continue to support selected development steps post-closing under a Project Development Agreement.
Additional information
This is the second project sale between PNE and JPEE in France. PNE was advised by Alaïa Advisory. The sale follows other PNE transactions in 2026 including Windpark Bokel in Germany (25.2 MW), a 72 MW wind project in Poland and a ~40 MW solar project in Poland. France is a core market for the PNE Group with further projects in advanced development and sales phases.
