Luxcara has acquired the Tuisku battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Keminmaa, Southern Lapland, Finland from local developer Pohjan Voima. The fully permitted, construction-ready project has a planned capacity of up to 125 MW and is expected to be among Finland's largest BESS assets. Anchored by a long-term tolling agreement, commercial operation is targeted for summer 2027. The acquisition brings Luxcara's total battery storage capacity under construction to nearly 1 GW.
Climate Fund Managers and Erco Energía have signed an agreement to sell 100% of the Pétalo del Norte de Santander I solar plant in Colombia to Organización Terpel S.A., subject to regulatory approval. The 26.4 MWp solar PV facility in La Esperanza, Norte de Santander, has been operational since August 2025 and generates over 45 GWh of clean energy annually. The transaction marks Climate Fund Managers' first exit in Latin America.
Korkia's development joint venture Biko Renewable Energy has completed the sale of a 10.7 MW portfolio of fully permitted, ready-to-build solar PV assets in Lombardy, Northern Italy. The portfolio comprises three projects: Casnate (4.4 MW), Inveruno (3.5 MW), and Senna Comasco (2.8 MW), including ground-mounted and agri-PV installations. The transaction follows a previous solar asset sale in Italy announced in January 2026.
Exus Renewables has signed an agreement to acquire a 60% stake in nine wind farms in Portugal from Masdar, totalling 164MW after repowering. Located in Guarda and Castelo Branco, the portfolio is undergoing one of Portugal's first large-scale repowering initiatives, with completion expected by 2027. Enel, through its subsidiaries Enel Green Power North America and EGPNA Project Holdco 2, has signed agreements to acquire an 830 MW portfolio of operational wind and solar plants in the United States from Excelsior Energy Capital for approximately $1 billion USD (€850 million). The deal is expected to generate around €125 million per year in additional EBITDA and will bring Enel's North American renewable capacity to approximately 13 GW. Closing is anticipated in Q3 2026.
Ampyr Solar Europe has acquired the East Yorkshire Solar Farm (EYSF), a 530+ MWp solar PV project from BOOM Power Ltd. Located near the Drax power station substation, the project holds a Development Consent Order (DCO) granted in May 2025 and is one of the largest consented solar projects in the UK. Construction and energisation are planned for 2029, with the project expected to power around 100,000 homes.

Eolus has completed the all-cash sale of the Roccasecca standalone BESS project (127 MW / 506 MWh) in Boulder City, Nevada to a large undisclosed US IPP for approximately USD 66.9 million.
