The six-turbine Nordex project secured an EEG tariff in December 2024, with main construction starting Q2 2026 and commissioning expected between November 2026 and February 2027. Technique Solaire Group has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 117.5 MWp (100 MW AC) operational solar project in Tamil Nadu, India from ReNew Energy Global Plc. Commissioned in September 2019, the project operates under a 25-year PPA with TANGEDCO. The transaction is carried out through Technique Solaire's Indian subsidiary JLT Energy 9 and is expected to close subject to customary conditions.
Green FOX Energy and joint venture partner ON Energy have sold a 3.5 MWp solar park in Beckum, Warendorf district, North Rhine-Westphalia, to regional energy supplier Energieversorgung Beckum (evb). The plant was connected to the grid in June 2025 and supplies electricity to more than 1,000 households.
RP Global has signed an agreement with Vattenfall to acquire two solar PV projects totalling approximately 15 MWp in Baden-Württemberg, Germany: the 7.1 MWp Schöntal project and the Widdern project. Both were developed by Vattenfall subsidiary Solizer at an advanced stage. Financial close has been reached for Schöntal, with Widdern expected to close shortly. Velto Renewables has completed the acquisition of the 11 MW L'Escur Wind Farm in Murat-sur-Vèbre, Tarn, France from Q ENERGY. Energy Vault Holdings has acquired the 175 MW / 350 MWh McMurtre BESS project near Dallas in the ERCOT North market, Texas, from Belltown Power. European Energy has completed the sale of its remaining stake in the 151 MW Mineo solar PV project in Sicily to Italian investment manager Sosteneo. Usva Energia Oy has closed the sale of a 100 MW ready-to-build battery energy storage system (BESS) project in Teuva, Finland, to Prime Capital AG's Prime Green Energy Infrastructure Fund II. The fully permitted project will connect to Finland's Fingrid transmission grid and is designed to provide flexibility and balancing services. Usva Energia was advised by EY-Parthenon Corporate Finance and Hannes Snellman.
Capital Dynamics has acquired the 63 MWp Fleet Solar Farm in Hampshire, UK from BayWa r.e. The project secured a CfD contract in Allocation Round 7 (AR7) and is expected to begin construction in 2027 with commercial operation targeted for 2028. This marks the third UK solar project transaction between the two companies.
Standard Solar has acquired an eight-project, 48.4 MW community solar portfolio across New Mexico, developed by Pluma Construction with support from ForeFront Power. Swiss renewable energy developer Fu-Gen has signed an agreement to sell a portfolio of three ready-to-build battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Finland, totalling 15 MW, to Icecreek Energy. Located in Ulvila, Sastamala and Koskenkorva, the projects will form part of Icecreek Energy II, a dedicated BESS asset pool in Finland. Construction is scheduled to begin later in 2026.
