Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA has signed a share purchase agreement with Sampi Renewables Holding AS to acquire a 50% stake in the 132 MW MLK onshore wind farm in Finland, operational since 2022. The enterprise value for Cloudberry's stake is EUR 75 million, financed through a combination of debt, new shares and cash. Orrön Energy AB continues as joint venture partner.
