Zenith Energy Ltd. has acquired a 10 MWp photovoltaic development project in the Puglia region of Italy for EUR 1,050,000, payable upon achieving Ready-to-Build status by February 2027. The project includes land secured for a 4 MW integrated BESS. The acquisition brings Zenith's total Italian solar development pipeline to approximately 135.5 MWp, advancing towards its target of 200 MWp by end of 2026.
