Additional information

Transaction subject to fulfilment of certain conditions. Marks ContourGlobal's strategic entry into the UK market. Wallace will be the largest BESS project in ContourGlobal's portfolio by energy storage capacity, surpassing a recently commissioned 200 MW / 1,300 MWh hybrid BESS asset in Chile. ContourGlobal is also preparing to begin construction of a 360 MW / 1,400 MWh hybrid solar-plus-storage project in Arizona, USA. Scotland is highlighted as one of Europe's most active regions for hyperscale data center development, increasing demand for flexible storage to manage curtailment of surplus renewable generation.
