CLARITAS Investments has completed the divestment of a 16.5 MW operational-ready solar PV project in Vathylakos, Thessaloniki, Greece to Green Line Energy S.A. The project was developed by CLARITAS from greenfield origination to turnkey delivery as part of its asset rotation strategy, with proceeds to be redeployed into its larger Northern Greece renewable portfolio.
ContourGlobal has entered the Greek renewable energy market with the acquisition of a 37 MWp operational solar PV portfolio and 500 MW / 2,000 MWh of battery energy storage projects. The transaction includes fully contracted solar assets and large-scale merchant BESS developments, with the first 100 MW expected online in early 2027.
TotalEnergies has divested a 50% stake in a 424 MW wind and solar portfolio in Greece to Asterion Industrial Partners for €508 million, while retaining operatorship and long-term offtake, in line with its renewable asset rotation strategy.
