ACEN Corp. has agreed to sell up to a 49% stake in Tejorupa Renewables India Project Private Ltd., which is developing a 250 MWac solar project in Rajasthan, India, to Diamond India Renewables One B.V. (DIRO), a Dutch investor. The transaction includes DIRO's acquisition of an initial 10% voting interest and is subject to customary conditions precedent.
Inox Clean Energy has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Vena Energy India from Vena Group, comprising approximately 1 GW of operational capacity, 1.7 GW of advanced-stage solar and wind assets plus 1.2 GWh BESS, and a 2.7 GW development pipeline plus 1.3 GWh BESS. The deal is Inox Clean's tenth acquisition in ten months and will bring its near-operational portfolio to approximately 4 GW.
Technique Solaire Group has signed a Share Purchase Agreement to acquire a 117.5 MWp (100 MW AC) operational solar project in Tamil Nadu, India from ReNew Energy Global Plc. Commissioned in September 2019, the project operates under a 25-year PPA with TANGEDCO. The transaction is carried out through Technique Solaire's Indian subsidiary JLT Energy 9 and is expected to close subject to customary conditions.
