Two fully operational NEM-connected solar farms: Brigalow (27.3 MW, Maryborough) and Chinchilla (14.7 MW), totalling 42 MW. Both are inverter-based assets connected directly to regional networks. LGI will integrate its proprietary Dynamic Asset Control System (DACS) to enable automated dispatch, protection against negative spot pricing and intraday revenue optimisation. Both sites offer optionality for future BESS co-location. No existing liabilities assumed. Expected annual EBITDA contribution of A$2.1–4.0 million.
