Anza Power has acquired two consented, construction-ready solar farms in New Zealand from Helios Energy Limited: Karioi (110 MWac) in the Ruapehu region and Ongaonga (95 MWac) in Hawke's Bay, totalling 205 MWac. The combined projects are expected to generate approximately 411,400 MWh annually, powering around 58,000 New Zealand homes.
CleanPeak Energy Holdings has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Sustainable Energy Infrastructure (SEI), one of Australia's largest owners of sub-5 MW distributed solar and battery assets. SEI operates 71 MWac of solar PV across 16 sites and 42 MW of BESS across 11 sites in NSW, Victoria and South Australia. The acquisition accelerates CleanPeak's national renewable energy growth strategy.
