ANZA Power was launched by I Squared Capital with a USD 300 million equity commitment through its ISQ Growth Markets Infrastructure Fund II. The platform was formed through the acquisition of a portfolio of solar hybrid and BESS projects, providing immediate scale, contracted cash flows and a development pipeline. ANZA Power will develop, own and operate an integrated mix of renewable generation, battery storage and flexible gas power generation to deliver reliable, dispatchable clean energy to commercial and industrial customers across Australia and New Zealand.
