Enviromena has acquired the 27.5 MWp Parkgate Farm solar project near Braintree, Essex from Innova Renewables, the first of a 233 MWp solar and BESS partnership between the two companies. The AR6 CfD-backed project is fully consented and expected to be energised in summer 2028, generating over 28,000 MWh annually.

Additional information
First transaction in a broader partnership under which Enviromena expects to acquire 233 MWp of solar and 75 MW of co-located BESS projects from Innova before end of 2026. Enviromena's second large-scale solar farm in Essex, following the 71 MWp Medebridge Solar Farm (operational since September 2025). Enviromena currently has nearly 400 MW under O&M and asset management and a 3+ GW UK development pipeline. Innova was advised by PKF Corporate Finance, Burges Salmon and OWC.
