Ardian's Clean Energy Evergreen Fund (ACEEF) has completed its first investment in Germany with the acquisition of a 132 MW greenfield onshore wind portfolio in Saxony, developed in partnership with 3Energy GmbH. The portfolio benefits from 20-year EEG feed-in tariffs and is designed as an anchor for a broader German renewables platform. The first 14 MW project is expected to begin construction later in 2026.

ACEEF's first investment in Germany and first entry into Europe's largest renewable energy market. Transaction designed as an anchor for the progressive build-out of a broader German renewables platform through follow-on acquisitions. ACEEF is Ardian Infrastructure's first open-ended clean energy fund, launched in early 2022 and closed at €1.0 billion in July 2023 (Article 9 SFDR). ACEEF currently manages over 1.5 GW of operating capacity across 5 platforms in the Nordics, Spain, Italy, France, Peru and Chile. Ardian manages over 10 GW of clean energy capacity in Europe and the Americas across all Infrastructure Funds.
