Additional information
Transaction completes the transfer of remaining assets from Starlight's Italian platform of more than 300 MW, developed over the past six years. Starlight has now monetised 1 GW out of 1.3 GW fully permitted. For Sunprime, this is the first building block of the Sophocles investment plan targeting 500 MWp by June 2027, financed by a €507 million banking pool (EIB and Natixis). With this acquisition, Sunprime's platform reaches over 1,250 MWp of solar capacity across more than 700 plants, plus 1.4 GW of BESS in advanced development, construction and operation. Starlight continues in Italy with a development pipeline of approximately 1.2 GW.
