Qualitas Energy Acquires 91 MW Onshore Wind Portfolio in Germany from PNE AG
Qualitas Energy has acquired a 91 MW onshore wind portfolio from PNE AG, comprising six projects across Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse and Brandenburg. The portfolio includes wind farms under construction as well as greenfield developments, reinforcing Qualitas Energy’s expansion in the German renewable energy market.

Technology details
The portfolio consists of six onshore wind projects. Three wind farms with a combined capacity of 40.6 MW are under construction and acquired on a turnkey basis. Three additional greenfield wind projects in Hesse represent a planned capacity of 50.4 MW.
Additional information
The portfolio combines short-term realisable capacities with long-term development options. Once completed, the projects are expected to supply renewable electricity to more than 60,000 households. The transaction strengthens Qualitas Energy’s growth strategy and long-term commitment to the German energy transition.
