J&V Energy Acquires 187 MW Operational Solar Portfolio in Taiwan from BlackRock / Global Infrastructure Partners
J&V Energy Technology has agreed to acquire a 187 MW portfolio of 42 operational solar plants across Central and Southern Taiwan from a fund managed by Global Infrastructure Partners, a part of BlackRock. The fully contracted assets generate approximately 270 million kWh annually and have a remaining operating life exceeding 15 years. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2026.
