Repsol has agreed to sell a 49% stake in its Minerva renewables portfolio in Spain to UAE's Masdar, according to Reuters citing Cinco Dias. The portfolio comprises 13 wind farms and six solar plants with a total installed capacity of 706 MW, valued at approximately €850 million. The deal is reported to be in its final stages and expected to be formalised within weeks.
Repsol has agreed to sell a 43.8% stake in the 629 MW Outpost Solar Project in Webb County, Texas, to Stonepeak for $252.5 million. The operational project is backed by a long-term PPA and valued at $775 million including PTC tax equity.
