Forsa Energy Acquires 26.5 MW Burton Wold and Winscales Moor Wind Farms in England from GCP Infrastructure
Forsa Energy has acquired two operational onshore wind farms — Burton Wold (20.5 MW, Northamptonshire) and Winscales Moor (6 MW, Cumbria) — with a combined capacity of approximately 26.5 MW from GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited. The transaction marks Forsa's first renewable wind acquisition as part of its diversification strategy, bringing its total UK IPP portfolio to 324.5 MW.

The acquisition increases Forsa Energy's total UK IPP portfolio to 324.5 MW. This marks Forsa's first acquisition of renewable wind assets as part of its diversification strategy, expanding beyond its existing 298 MW portfolio of reserve gas generation assets.
