Exus Renewables Acquires 715 MW Solar Portfolio in Louisiana and Wisconsin from ibV Energy Partners
Exus Renewables North America has acquired four large-scale solar projects totalling approximately 715 MW from ibV Energy Partners in Wisconsin and Louisiana — Maple Grove Solar 1 & 2 (310 MW), Bayou Teche Solar (125 MW) and Bayou Chicot Solar (280 MW). Exus is in talks with data centre hyperscalers and utilities for offtake agreements, expected within four to six weeks.

Four large-scale solar projects totalling approximately 715 MW: Maple Grove Solar 1 and 2 (two-phase, 310 MW combined, Barron County, Wisconsin); Bayou Teche Solar (125 MW, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana); Bayou Chicot Solar (280 MW, Evangeline Parish, Louisiana). All projects are connected to the MISO grid. ibV Energy Partners began securing grid interconnection approximately five years ago. Exus will construct and operate all four plants.
