Ashmore Colombia and Patria Investments Sell 360 MWp Puerta de Oro Solar Farm in Colombia to ISAGEN
Ashmore Colombia and Patria Investments have agreed to sell 100% of Parque Solar Puerta de Oro, Colombia's largest solar PV asset at 360 MWp (300 MWac), to ISAGEN. Located in Guaduas, Cundinamarca, the fully operational plant covers 530 hectares and supplies power to over 390,000 households. Transaction closing is subject to regulatory approvals.

Technology details
360 MWp (300 MWac) ground-mounted solar PV plant, Colombia's largest solar photovoltaic asset. Approximately 511,000 PV modules across 530 hectares. Connected to the National Interconnected System via a 230 kV, 22.4 km transmission line. Supplies power to over 390,000 households and avoids approximately 370,000 tonnes of CO₂ annually.
