Located in Guaduas, Cundinamarca, the fully operational plant covers 530 hectares and supplies power to over 390,000 households. Transaction closing is subject to regulatory approvals.
NOVVA Group has signed a binding framework agreement in Paris to acquire a 3.17 GW renewable energy portfolio of wind and solar projects in Argentina from German developer ABO Energy. The deal builds on a prior collaboration between the two companies covering three Colombian solar projects, and significantly expands NOVVA's Latin America renewable energy platform for AI infrastructure.
