ACEN Corp. Sells Up to 49% Stake in 100 MW Diyos Wind Project in Karnataka, India to Dutch Investor DIRO
ACEN Corp. has agreed to sell up to a 49% stake in Diyos Renewables India Project Private Ltd., which is developing a 100 MW wind project in Karnataka, India, to Diamond India Renewables One B.V. (DIRO). This is the second India transaction between ACEN and DIRO, following a similar deal for a 250 MW solar project in Rajasthan announced in June 2026.

URH is developing three renewable energy projects across Rajasthan and Karnataka with a combined capacity of 1,059 MW. ACEN acquired full ownership of URH earlier in 2026 by buying the remaining 50% voting interest from UPC India Pte. Ltd. India accounts for 26% of ACEN's net attributable international capacity. ACEN has approximately 7 GW of attributable renewable capacity across the Philippines, Australia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Laos and the United States.
