Nofar Israel has signed an agreement to acquire a 92.5% stake in Highlight Renewable Energies for approximately 200 million NIS. The acquisition adds an estimated 850 MW of solar PV and 4.4 GWh of energy storage capacity across projects at various development stages, accelerating Nofar's position as a leading large-scale renewable energy platform in Israel.
Inox Clean Energy has signed a definitive agreement to acquire 100% of Vena Energy India from Vena Group, comprising approximately 1 GW of operational capacity, 1.7 GW of advanced-stage solar and wind assets plus 1.2 GWh BESS, and a 2.7 GW development pipeline plus 1.3 GWh BESS. The deal is Inox Clean's tenth acquisition in ten months and will bring its near-operational portfolio to approximately 4 GW.

Shikun & Binui Energy has signed a binding agreement with the Azrieli Group for the sale of a 50% interest in the Ramat Beka solar and energy storage project in Israel. The 112 MW DC PV project with 784 MWh of storage is one of the largest of its kind in the country and is expected to reach commercial operation in 2029.
