Eurowind Energy has strengthened its European renewable portfolio by acquiring a stake in the Ausumgaard biogas and wind energy park in Denmark and purchasing operating wind assets plus a 370 MW wind and solar development portfolio in Poland from Sabowind.

ACCIONA Energía has agreed to sell a 49% stake in a 1.3 GW US solar portfolio and 100% of two Mexican wind farms totaling 321 MW to Mexico Infrastructure Partners for €855 million, advancing its global asset rotation strategy.
BayWa r.e. has completed the sale of two French solar projects totaling 44 MWp to Heling enr, combining Agri-PV and land revitalisation, with commissioning planned for 2026.
Downing has acquired two fully consented, ready-to-build solar PV projects in Devon (~15 MWp) and Shropshire (~20 MWp), UK. Both projects benefit from 40-year land leases, 15-year Contracts-for-Difference (CfDs), and are scheduled to commission in 2027. Once operational, the combined ~35 MWp portfolio is expected to power approximately 12,000 homes and offset around 14,600 tonnes of CO₂ annually.
