The project marks Encavis's first large-scale BESS acquisition in Italy, complementing its existing ~420 MW Italian solar PV portfolio. Commissioning is planned for 2028.
Encavis has acquired the 80 MW Vietlübbe onshore wind farm in Landkreis Ludwigslust-Parchim, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Germany from the UKA Group. The 14-turbine wind farm has been operational since October/November 2025 and is expected to generate approximately 200 GWh annually. The acquisition is Encavis's largest wind energy project in Germany to date.
